Saskia Schiel joined Advantage Entertainment in 2014. She oversees the companies slate of development work as well as distribution and marketing of the completed films projects.
In her short career thus far, she has successfully produced three award-winning feature films: Unearthed, a highly-anticipated documentary about fracking; Hollywood in my Huis, a narrative picture targeted to a young South African audience and Vaselinetjie, adapted from the acclaimed novel.
Faldelah Abrahams-Issel, is the CFO of Advantage Entertainment and director of FilmBucks, specializing in production accounting and payroll services. Faldelah also oversees all rebate applications and post accounting, up until the rebate is finalized and funds repatriated.
Prior to joining the Advantage Team, Faldelah worked in the Finance and Accounting sector of the Film Industry for over 14 years as a Production and Payroll Accountant as well as First Assistant Accountant on big budget international productions. Projects worked on includes block buster films such as 10 000 BC, Rendition, Long Walk to Freedom, Star Trek 3, Black Sails Season 1, 2 and 3 as well locally produced productions such as Jezile (Son of Man), La Boheme, Uitvlucht, Kanarie and Die Seemeeu.

Having stumbled into production after spending time in the advertising world as an account manager, Lulama begun working in the film and TV industry and has never looked back. As a Johannesburg native, Lulama, started as a production co-ordinator on South African kids TV show, Hectic Nine 9. She then moved to Cape Town to work with Vlokkie Gordon, learning more about international production services. After two years, Joburg beckoned her back where she worked on hit TV shows such as Bar One Manhunt, So You Think You Can Dance and X-Factor South Africa. Lulama began producing content as well for brands such as Cricket South Africa, ABSA, Laureus, SA Rugby, and Nedbank. Her passion for long form was re-ignited when she returned to Cape Town to work as a production manager on international television series Of Kings and Prophets. As part of the Advantage Entertainment team, Lulama has worked as the production manager on Samson The Movie for Pureflix and Christmas in the Wild for Netflix.
Bianca Schmitz works on development and production for Advantage. In 2016, Bianca wrote and produced her first feature film BYPASS, which explores the world of organ trafficking. She self-distributed BYPASS and secured its theatrical release, VOD and international TV deals. Her additional experience includes documentaries, short films and lifestyle television content.
